Family bike-hiking week in the summer
July 21, 2018 – July 28, 2018
August 4, 2018 – August 11, 2018
An ideal family hiking and cycling holiday in the quiet and undiscovered Salzburg. By bike or on foot you can get to know the Lungau region on short and kid-friendly tours. You cycle through the imposing mountains, but as you cycle along the main rivers there are optional climbs higher. On the way you can sit down on terraces or picnic tables along the river. The walks are on special children’s themed routes through which the children can play at different stations. At the end is usually a beautiful mountain hut with playground and animals you can pet. In addition, the region offers plenty of opportunities to do a lot different things. The children have always dreamed to even sit in the evening, at a picnic table at a campfire and to take part in archery? Or visit the biggest outdoor Kletterpark of Austria. And not to cycling along the river but rafting along it instead? For the free Lungaukaart please visit various activities free or discounted. The Mozart city of Salzburg is easily accessible from the inn.
Following individual needs, each family will receive tailored advice to take an inspiring journey every day. All activities are undertaken as a family. If desired, you can also set off together. All necessary information and maps are available from us.
The guesthouse has a family atmosphere, friendly, quiet and ideal for a holiday with the kids. Here its is good to relax after a day of action. There are always friends with which you can share your adventures and briefly visit the islands to build dams or take a ‘cold’ plunge.
