The area has lots to offer for our summer guests. It is located on a sunny plateau between the Tauern and the Nock and is very versatile with forests, mountain meadows, mountain lakes and traditional mountain huts located in one of the largest and most beautiful parks in Europe. Many walks start directly from the inn. You can leave your car safely. There is a large network of well-marked walks. Walks to just get some fresh air or a day out with perhaps a packed lunch.

For children, many special themed walks such as forest-path, a bee-path, an adventure walk and much more.

Anyhow, the children will not get bored with us. There are plenty to do fun things for the whole family...

Cable cars

One of the easiest ways to get into the mountains is of course the cable car to go up. On almost every walk you’ll be a restaurant or refuge from where you can enjoy the (h) cost fair lungaurische. You’re perfectly happy when after a tiring yet on a terrace you settle down, enjoy the heavenly view and the lovely sunshine shining in the face. Perhaps as a nightcap own schnapps which the area is also known for.
